In accordance with the regulatory standards established by the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), and global securities authorities, users are formally advised of the following disclosure:
UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY, SLIPPAGE, EXCHANGE HALTS, QUEUE PRIORITY INEFFICIENCIES, AND MARKET SHOCKS.
SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN OR SIMULATED ON THIS WEBSITE.

TrainQuants does NOT provide any live trading services, brokerage accounts, trade execution facilities, or investment advisory services.

5. Simulated & Third-Party Market Data Disclaimer
TrainQuants utilizes synthetic tick engines, historical sample series, and live public WebSocket tick feeds (including public Binance Layer 2 orderbook streams) for simulation and algorithm benchmarking purposes:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: Real-time or historical data feeds may experience latency, dropped packets, disconnection, or rounding discrepancies. TrainQuants makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any simulated data.
- No Real Exchange Execution: Simulated orders, limit order book executions, and PnL metrics calculated in the in-browser sandbox or Algo Dev Space do not route to real market matching engines and do not reflect real market market-maker interactions.
- Zero Live Capital: At no point does TrainQuants accept, deposit, custody, or manage user funds, fiat currencies, or digital assets for trading.
6. Extreme Market Risk & Assumption of Risk
Trading in financial markets—including algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading, statistical arbitrage, options market-making, and cryptocurrency derivatives—carries a high degree of risk and can result in the complete loss of invested capital.
If you choose to export, adapt, or deploy any mathematical formula, algorithm, statistical model, or code created or studied on TrainQuants into a live trading environment with a registered broker or exchange, you do so ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. TrainQuants expressly disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, trading drawdowns, liquidation events, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any algorithms or mathematical techniques found on this platform.
6. Talent Dossiers & Employer Recruiting
QuantIT contest rankings, automated Python test assertions, latency profiles, and candidate Talent Dossiers are compiled based solely on algorithmic problem-solving accuracy and simulated benchmark performance. TrainQuants makes no guarantee of employment, interview offers, compensation levels, or institutional sponsorship by any proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank.
